Warranty Policy
This policy is a voluntary commercial warranty provided by NITIGO. It is in addition to, and does not limit, any mandatory statutory rights available under applicable consumer law.
The warranty period begins on the original consumer purchaser’s date of purchase. Warranty service is generally provided in the country of purchase. If the product is taken or shipped to another country, cross-border service and shipping support may be unavailable or subject to additional costs and procedures. Warranty periods may vary according to local laws and regulations.
1. Warranty Period
| Product | Eligible Items | Warranty Period |
|---|---|---|
| Power Station | All eligible models | 36 months |
| Solar Panel | All eligible models | 12 months |
| Accessories | All eligible products | 12 months |
2. Coverage and Required Information
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship arising during normal consumer use of eligible products purchased through official NITIGO sales channels or authorised NITIGO resellers.
To request warranty service, contact NITIGO Support and provide:
- The order number or authorised reseller’s order reference;
- A sales invoice, receipt, or order confirmation showing the product name, purchase date, price, and sales channel;
- The product model and serial number, where applicable; and
- A description of the fault, with photographs or videos where reasonably available.
NITIGO may provide remote troubleshooting or require the product to be returned for inspection. If an eligible product cannot be repaired, NITIGO may replace it with the same model or a product of equivalent function and value.
3. Battery Coverage
For products containing rechargeable batteries, the warranty covers confirmed defects in materials or workmanship during the applicable warranty period. Normal battery capacity reduction caused by age, use, charging cycles, or ordinary chemical degradation is not considered a defect. Damage caused by improper storage, unauthorised charging equipment, extreme temperatures, liquids, impact, misuse, or operation outside the published specifications is not covered.
4. Warranty Exclusions

- If a return is required, obtain the return address, authorised shipping method, packaging instructions, and an RMA number where applicable before shipping.
- After inspection, NITIGO will confirm whether the claim qualifies and provide the applicable repair or replacement remedy.
6. Lithium Battery Shipping Safety
Power stations and certain accessories contain lithium batteries and may be subject to dangerous-goods transportation requirements. Do not return a product before receiving shipping instructions from NITIGO. Do not ship any product or battery that is swollen, leaking, overheating, smoking, burned, punctured, severely crushed, or otherwise unsafe. Contact NITIGO Support immediately for instructions.
7. Paid Out-of-Warranty Repair
For products outside the warranty period or not covered by this warranty, you may request paid repair service by contacting support@nitigo.eu. Service is subject to product condition, repair feasibility, spare-parts availability, and transportation restrictions. A quotation will be provided before repair work begins.
8. Warranty Extension
Register an eligible NITIGO power station on the official website within 30 days of purchase to receive an additional two-year extended warranty, extending the total warranty period to five years. The extension applies only to eligible power stations and is subject to the same coverage terms, claim procedures, and exclusions stated in this Policy.
9. Shipping Costs
For approved warranty claims, NITIGO will cover reasonable shipping costs using the authorised carrier and shipping method. For paid out-of-warranty repairs, the customer is responsible for shipping the product to the designated repair centre unless otherwise stated in the quotation.
The customer is responsible for customs duties, taxes, clearance fees, and other costs arising from cross-regional or international repair, unless otherwise required by law or agreed by NITIGO in writing. The customer is also responsible for losses or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided to NITIGO.
10. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits any statutory right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NITIGO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, data, or use. NITIGO’s obligations under this commercial warranty are limited to the repair or replacement remedies described in this Policy, without affecting any additional remedy available under mandatory law.
This Policy may be modified only by NITIGO or an authorised representative acting in writing on behalf of NITIGO. You may also have other legal rights that vary by jurisdiction.
