Return & Refund Policy
This Return and Refund Policy applies solely to original consumers who have made direct
purchases from NITIGO official website. If you have obtained your product through a
NITIGO distributor, please refer to the policies of the respective distributor and contact
them for further assistance.
Please note that return and refund policies may vary according to local laws and
regulations.
Cancellation
Customers can request an order cancellation within 48 hours after placing an order by
email or phone with the NITIGO official store. No fees apply before the order shiped.
If a product is out-of-stock or you enter an incomplete or incorrect address, we will
contact you via email. If, after 15 days, we do not receive a reply, we will automatically
cancel the order and refund your purchase.
Once an order has been shipped, the package cannot be intercepted. To cancel the order,
please contact Customer Service to obtain an RMA number and return the item.
If the product was not delivered or lost, or the product you receive is damaged, wrong, or
missing something, please contact us right away and send photos or videos as proof.
Also, you cannot cancel an order if it has been more than 30 days after we shipped it.
30 days Price Protection
If within 30 days after the day your purchase, the official website reduces the price of the
same product, you may contact support@nitigo.eu apply for a one-time price difference
refund.
Price difference requests must be submitted during the promotion, along with the original
order number and a screenshot of the promotion.
30 days Return Procedure & Costs
Faulty Returns/ Replacement:For Faulty issues, we will give you a full refund/free
replacement. Please contact NITIGO Support at support@nitigo.eu, provide proof of
purchase and describe fault situation to start the process.The shipping cost shall be borne
by NITIGO.
Unconditional Returns :if customers are unsatisfied without quality issues, customers
can request a full return within 30 days after receiving product, as long as the product is
unused and the packaging is intact. NITIGO will cover the return shipping cost.
To start a return, email our customer support at support@nitigo.eu with your proof of
purchase (order number and photos of the product packaging). We will give you a return
authorization code (RMA). Returns sent without this code will be rejected and no refund
will be issued.
You must ship the returned items within 14 days. If we do not receive proof of shipment
within this period, your return request will be cancelled.
Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse and confirm it meets the return
conditions, we will process your refund within 7 business days.If you don’t get your refund
within 7 days, contact us.

14 days Statutory Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any
reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party
indicated by you) acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal
statement (e.g., email sent to support@nitigo.eu or by submitting the online withdrawal
form available on our website (recommended, in compliance with the 2025 EU withdrawal
button requirements)
A clearly labelled “Withdraw” button will be provided on your order confirmation page, in
your account dashboard, and in each shipping confirmation email. You may use this
button at any time during the 14-day cooling-off period.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you,
including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs that result from your
choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us),
without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we
received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the
original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be
charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have
supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no
later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from
this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days
has expired.
